As an integral member of our Discovery Childcare and Education team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children. You will have the opportunity to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive, fostering their social and emotional development. With your creativity and expertise, you will design and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's age and developmental stage, promoting their cognitive growth.

As our next Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, encouraging the social and emotional development of children
• Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and cognitive development
• Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and document children's progress, providing individualised support and guidance to meet their unique needs

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for these roles, you must have already obtained or be currently studying for a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. In addition, we are looking for individuals who bring:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to nurturing and supporting the development of young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with children, families, and colleagues
• A creative and innovative approach to designing and implementing engaging activities that stimulate children's learning
• A valid Working with Children Check
